Cancellation Policy for PRO+ ODP Residential Camp Programs:
- Cancellations received before 21 days before the first day of camp will be issued a full refund
- Cancellations received 21 days or more before the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $100 administration fee
- Cancellations received within 21 days of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $250 administration fee
- Cancellations received within 72 hours of the first day of camp will be issued a refund minus a $475 administration fee
- Due to so many fixed costs for our programs we are unable to provide full refunds due to force majeure events or inclement weather.
